Reily Foods Company is looking for a Vice President of Marketing to join our Executive Leadership team in New Orleans, LA. This is a key executive leadership position, reporting to the CEO, that will be responsible for the continued growth of our iconic brands, the development and launch of new products and the assessment of acquisition targets. As a member of the Executive Leadership team this position will also have the opportunity to influence the activity of other key functions within the company such as Operations, Sales and Finance.

This individual must possess the background and experience sufficient to be recognized as a leader throughout the organization and to command immediate respect from all functions.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Create annual strategic Marketing plans to support and promote the company’s growth goals.
•Participate on the Executive Leadership team to maximize opportunities across the company.
•Build and lead high-performance, cross-functional teams in Marketing and New Product Development.
•Manage a diverse portfolio of products across many categories and across all Sales channels.
•Set and execute budget priorities to efficiently grow the product portfolio.
•Possess strong strategic skills to be able to drive short and long-term brand growth and profitability.
•Utilize quantitative, qualitative and syndicated research to synthesize industry insights, spot emerging trends and develop new product concepts.
•Drive new product development and manage day to day businesses by building consensus throughout the organization.

•Serve as a brand ambassador and role model for the company culture.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field; MBA preferred.
•10+ years of progressive leadership experience driving strategy and execution of Product Development, Marketing, and Sales within the consumer goods industry.
•Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse portfolio.
•Merger and acquisition experience desired.
•Experience launching new products with a customer- focused mindset.
•Well versed in Operations and Finance.
•Proven track record of attracting, building, and leading high-performance teams.
•Strategic, persistent, proactive, collaborative, and goal oriented.
•Passionately curious.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills.
•Willingness and ability to travel.
