Develop, originate and execute new structured finance business in Singapore and the region
Manage the entire deal origination, execution, credit and documentation processes. This includes credit structuring, term sheet negotiation, assessment of credit risk, management of internal credit process, and management of documentation

Qualifications
What you bring
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in structured finance transactions
Prior experience in project finance and leveraged / acquisition finance is a plus
Sound credit and structuring skills
Experience in deal origination and client facing roles
Attention to details
Must be able to work independently, driven, self-motivated and strong in interpersonal skills
Strong team player
Good knowledge of banking products especially investment banking, cash management and treasury
