The Emergency Medicine Residents’ Association (EMRA) is a non-profit association serving more than 16,000 emergency medicine physicians in training and is managed by the American College of Emergency Physicians (ACEP) and is located in Irving, Texas.
We are looking for a creative professional who develops and executes multi-channel social media strategy to promote member value, drive member engagement and increase product sales, designs and develops digital content for monthly e-newsletter, authors content and creates videos for website and social media posts.
•Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism or a related field, or equivalent experience •Three years related experience working in social media channels, websites and digital publications •Effective communications with a high level of accuracy including proofreading and editing •Proficiency with web content management systems, Microsoft products, and databases and a variety of software programs such as desktop publishing; graphics programs and social media applications; •Project management and ability to meet deadlines •Communicating effectively with a high level of accuracy •Ability to travel as required. Anticipate 3 times per year from 2 to 8 days’ duration.
Experience with Photoshop, Publisher or other design software a plus.
