MARKETING AND EVENTS DESIGNER, MIT Technology Review (TR), to play a key role in strengthening the audiences' relationship with the MIT Technology Review brand.  Will work in collaboration with the marketing, events, and custom publishing teams on a wide range of projects, including consumer marketing communications, custom and branded event materials, and social media promotions. Will also serve as a brand steward, providing guidance to internal stakeholders, external vendors, and licensing partners on proper usage of TR's brand assets.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: three years' experience as a designer in an in-house or agency role; a bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field; a portfolio that demonstrates a command of typography, composition, and use of imagery; expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Keynote, and PowerPoint; experience creating basic animations and editing digital video; familiarity with A/V, lighting, and staging; excellent organizational and communication skills; an appreciation for design's role in pursuing designated commercial and revenue goals and objectives; and the ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across disciplines.  Must be open to other perspectives, communicate with diplomacy, and advocate for one's own ideas.  Job #15855-O
