EMAIL MARKETING ASSOCIATE, edX-Marketing Team, to be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies and programs to increase learner enrollment and engagement. Will drive execution of customer relationship marketing efforts, report on success, and help improve the future performance of these efforts; and own the production and execution of newsletter and automated email marketing campaigns and the analysis of all campaigns. Responsibilities include acting as the subject matter expert at edX for the email marketing channel, contributing this expertise throughout the organization; producing and deploying email marketing campaigns to engage, retain, and convert learners; collaborating with internal teams (Creative, Product, Marketing, Engineering, Educational Services) to drive email marketing capabilities and results; creating and deploying emails via edX's ESP (email service provider); optimizing campaigns via A/B and other testing methodologies; and tracking performance and reporting on results that will drive insight into all programs.
