Reports to the Director of Admissions, MBA for Executives (EMBA). Develops and implements innovative admissions strategies and programs. Identifies and executes strategic projects related to recruitment, marketing and communications. Coordinates targeted outreach. Evaluates and makes decisions on applications and participates in all admissions committee deliberations leading to decisions. Manages operations and marketing projects and initiatives. Works collaboratively with other Yale School of Management (YSOM) departments to ensure comprehensive and integrated delivery of the school's mission. Manages all systems and operational procedures around recruitment, applications, enrollment and student records. Identifies and manages strategic marketing projects designed to improve EMBA candidate experience. Examples include presentation format, structure and content development, email communications, monthly newsletter, materials redesign and website updates, as determined by team and department goals. Leads Yale EMBA social media / blogging initiatives. Manages EMBA admissions data collection, integrity and analysis. Leads dashboard reporting. Leads survey implementation, analysis and final report, mentoring EMBA admissions team members as necessary. Educates team on best practices, enabling easy transition between different staff members and easy access to accurate information for all admissions team members. Shares best practices and mentors colleagues. Ensures the accurate and timely data in Banner from the admissions module to student record creation. Manages the flow of information through Banner database and its effects on related databases/websites. Ability to use Brio Hyperion to write and edit reports to pull data out of Banner, and Slate querying to pull statistical analyses on application and enrollment trends, volume and statistics. Coordinates enrollment services across SOM, including liaising with SOM IT, Central IT, Student Academic Services, Development and the Business Office; also coordinates and liaises with outside organizations (i.e., ReVera) and other Yale departments. Pro-actively, independently and consistently conducts follow-up and problem-solving with all applicants to ensure full applications submitted to committee in a timely fashion. Participates in high-volume admissions office activities, including, but not limited to, processing and tracking applications. Provides required documentation for admissions committee. Records all decisions and follow-up actions from committee. Participates in recruiting for EMBA program. Attends Saturday Campus Visit information sessions and Interview Days to assist with candidate experience. Represents the MBA for Executives Admissions Office at informational fairs and other events. Member of the Yale EMBA Admissions Committee. Analyzes and independently assesses overall records to determine if applicants are appropriate for interview and admission. Works collaboratively with colleagues within the school and across Yale, as well as other key constituents, to seek synergies, raise profile of Yale EMBA team, develop networks and implement strategies related to relevant geographical regions and professional industries.

Required Skill/ability 1: Excellent computer skills. Familiarity with software systems that support recruiting, communications, and admissions review. Preferred Education, Experience and Skills: Admissions experience, experience in customer-oriented/sales roles. Global orientation, and experience working across countries and regions and fluency in more than one language. Working knowledge of Yale SOM admissions and financial aid policies and procedures, particularly as it relates to existing systems in place.
Required Licenses Or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
