(sm) The Marketing Operations Team will increase marketing efficiency and build a foundation for excellence by reinforcing with processes, technology, metrics and best practices. This team will focus on performance measurements, strategic planning, process development, marketing systems/data, marketing execution/analytics, management of repeatable processes and marketing content management. Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Operations, Marketing or another related field from an accredited college/university during the duration of the internship. Internships are not intended for graduating seniors Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week M-F) in the office during summer 2018 Ability to work daily (M-F) on a part-time basis in the office (at least 20 hours/week) during fall 2018 Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization (F-1 students with practical training and candidates requiring H-1Bs, TNs, etc. will not be considered)Careers at UnitedHealthcare Employer & Individual.
