The team is tasked with using all aspects of the marketing mix and is responsible for marketing primarily to intermediated and wholesale segments across the UK, continental Europe and Latin America.
This role will work closely with the channel marketers, as well as the regional sales teams and wider marketing team to deliver digital marketing initiatives across the region and support the channel marketers with their digital marketing requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
Be the go to person for creation of Pardot email templates on a day to day basis: for campaigns, dissemination of content, invitations and follow ups for events and webconferences. Use A/B testing to test and optimize email content
Manage the approval of email templates with compliance
Support the marketing and sales qualification process of leads
Manage engagement of leads and relevant lists, liaising with sales offices
Manage and upload lists for new leads coming from events, campaigns.
Work with Pardot workflows, dashboards, dynamic templates and dynamic lists
Compile performance metrics for emails, and analyse and improve upon key metrics
Own digital content dissemination calendar for the region
Work closely with EMEA & LatAm channel marketers to ensure that their digital marketing requirements are met and ongoing and new marketing approaches are implemented
The role requires:
Knowledge of Pardot highly desirable
Some knowledge of the asset management industry preferable (knowledge of risk and compliance factors etc.)
Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft office skills
Exposure to the following software is desirable but not essential; Sharepoint, Analytics/Adobe, Goldmine
