Develop and execute a product growth brand plan in partnership with GEM Customer & Digital Marketing and GEM R&A.
Prepare a detailed market landscape assessment of the prescription sleep aid/insomnia market including:
Characterization the patient population and the role HCPs play in the management of this condition
Define key market dynamics – share performance brand and generic manufacturer performance by segment, summary of key stakeholders and their influence on prescribing and patient choice, product reimbursement, and product use through the buying process.
Define the same specifically for zolpidem,
Define primary and secondary target audience (size, characteristics) critical to driving appropriate use of the brand.
Confirm the role of key stakeholders and the most efficient manner to communicate to each to drive product prescriptions and Rx fulfillment by appropriate patients as defined in product label
Lead efforts, in collaboration with Digital Marketing & R&A to ensure the development of content/messaging to communicate to target audience
Provide project management leadership on key initiatives including development and communication of timelines and key milestones
Monitor market access status across commercial lives and incorporate as appropriate in to marketing/communication campaign (e.g. tool on website)
Ensure effective digital campaign launch/roll-out
Identify incremental programs to drive market share
Develop PowerPoint slide decks to communicate initiatives to senior leadership
Create a plan to measure ROI of marketing efforts (i.e. pre-post measurement plan) Identify opportunities and execute cost efficient tactics to drive increased utilization of Legacy Brands in appropriate patients
Support Legacy Brand Marketing Lead in identifying tactics to drive increase utilization of WLB Sanofi Legacy brands in appropriate patients Measurable Project Goals
Completion of brand IR/CR growth plan with defined deliverables with timelines and KPIs to track impact
Adherence to execution timelines (including website redevelopment and digital communication campaign roll-out)
Ensure development of weekly/monthly tracker to measure impact of revived customer communication program and communicate to Marketing Lead and Forecasting
Timely roll-out of assigned elements of the Lovenox growth initiative Desired Business Impact
Increase brand IR/CR prescriptions for appropriate patients
Increase percent of brand prescription written as DAW o Ensure cost-effective maintenance of brand access where appropriate
Mitigation of negative proportional impact of molecule utilization (especially in the hospital and LTC setting)
BA/BS is required
Post-graduate education: MBA, PhD or related is preferred
2-5 years of work experience
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Demonstrated technical and business writing skills
