Job Summary This highly visible role will work with internal and external partners to create and deliver multi-channel marketing programs that support the association’s brand and business objectives. In this role, the Assistant Manager will develop, implement, track and optimize marketing campaigns for various customer segments that increase awareness, penetration and market positioning.
Marketing experience including creating multi-channel marketing plans, campaigns and content from strategy to execution.
Create and execute customer centric, insights-based marketing campaigns that convey ASCP’s value, capabilities and market differentiation.
Demonstrated ability to create marketing programs that increase revenue and generate customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
Collaborate with subject matter experts across the association to ensure customer segments, products and services are presented accurately and consistently while being compelling and engaging.
Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape in order to recommend changes to marketing strategies.
Critical thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Omniture, WebTrends)
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Web marketing or online marketing experience/knowledge is required to be considered for this role.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team
Strong communication and project management skills
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or related field
Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing, communications and/or advertising.
Special Training/Skills: Web marketing or online marketing experience/knowledge is required to be considered for this role. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
