Activities may include communications campaigns and programs that are designed to drive business results. This position will provide oversight to Practice Marketing Coordinators on executing initiatives and reaching deadlines. This role also manages and executes projects and marketing plans intended to maximize company exposure and increase patient base. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience5+ years of people management experience 3+ years of sales / marketing experience with a focus on growth strategy Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointAbility to travel within the Florida market up to 50% Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing several deliverablesDemonstrated experience in meeting or exceeding sales promotion / marketing targetsPreferred Qualifications: Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity If the hired individual resides in Florida (office based or telecommuting) this position requires the AHCA Level II background check (fingerprinting) by the State of Florida for all clinicians that have direct face to face contact with members OR employees who will have access to confidential patient data and will require renewal every five years.
