First Insight is looking for a top-tier candidate for the Product Marketing Manager role to join our highly collaborative marketing team. The ideal candidate has proven marketing skills, is highly organized and an excellent problem solver, is creative and energetic, and has experience working and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Drives market penetration of new product offerings. Fosters and manages partnerships and integrations with key technology partners.
Direct and perform all aspects of product marketing. Develop and maintain marketing support for First Insight’s product and service offerings throughout the product lifecycle.
Plan and execute product launches. Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product for all internal and external audiences. Leverage the complete marketing mix and develop all materials, including press releases, web & social content, and stakeholder presentations.
Develop sales tools and collateral. Develop and deliver product training to sales, account management, and external partners on product releases. Develop customer-facing messaging and materials for new products.
Manage partnerships and integrations with key technology partners. Manage implementations of new and existing technology integrations. Develop joint marketing and sales support materials. Engage, train, and influence sales and customer success teams to support the partnerships and achieve business objectives.
Drive penetration of new product offerings to meet business goals.
Support initiatives to gather input on current and future products and product roadmap from customers; help synthesize learnings.
Perform product demos for customers and partners.
4+ years of demonstrated success in product management and marketing and technology implementation in software/SaaS products. Retail market knowledge is desired. Knowledge of software technology, software development, and technology integrations, including API-based integration.
Demonstrated success in managing partner relationships to achieve business results for all parties.
Must be proficient in Power Point and Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated competence in applying project management principles.
Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science or a related technical field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
