The Director, E-Marketing & Advertising will work within the Marketing & Digital Communications department to support the University's strategic focus on online marketing as well as print and broadcast advertising to expand branding and lead generation for Stevenson University Online programs and other institutional initiatives. The Director will take the lead in researching, analyzing, and planning various e-marketing and traditional advertising strategies, and provide analysis and detailed reports on the costs and effectiveness of these campaigns. The Director will also participate in managing and trafficking various Stevenson University Online marketing projects in collaboration with other staff of the Marketing & Digital Communications department.
Bachelor degree plus 5 years of hands-on experience in formulating and implementing E-commerce and metrics that focus on customer acquisition and relationship building or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven record of accomplishment in successfully developing strategy and content for e-marketing and traditional print and broadcast advertising campaigns.
Experience with analyzing and planning Search Engine Optimization and Marketing, Paid Search, and Social Media Marketing processes.
Knowledge of print, broadcast, and online advertising tactics and planning.
Superior project management skills.
Experience in tracking and reporting on all projects.
Excellent writing and presentation skills.
Familiarity with many of the current online metric tools including: Google editor, trends, Insights, Alexa, AdWords, Yahoo Marketing Solutions, Microsoft AdCenter, Double Click, SEO Book, Click Path.
Understanding of keyword research.
Knowledge of major and emerging social media that will be useful to achieve leads goals.

Use knowledge of broadcast and print advertising to develop and implement effective branding and recruitment strategies for Stevenson University Online.
Meet regularly with Stevenson University Online staff to determine the School's marketing needs in areas of recruitment advertising, publications and collateral, and digital media support.
Track and report on results of web-based and traditional advertising campaigns; recommends and implements improvements or changes.
Coordinate online marketing and traditional advertising campaigns with the University's digital, web, and social media platforms to increase engagement and lead generation..
Conduct ongoing and proactive research to determine online marketing and traditional advertising best practices and identify potential partners/vendors to support new programs.
Conduct regular SEO (what is SEO, should it be described) review of Stevenson University Online digital content.
Use the Stevenson University Style Guide to ensure the consistency of Stevenson's brand on the Stevenson University Online website, social media, online advertising, print and broadcast advertising and paid search results.
