POSITION SUMMARYReporting to the Senior Director of Strategy, the Director of Marketing Analytics and Strategy will lead the analysis and use of data to enhance student recruitment and outreach efforts for enrollments for a broad range of non-degree academic programs catering to the non-traditional student. This role will also focus on competitive analysis and identifying new markets for new professional short course offerings across the University.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES-Lead the development and implementation of data-based approaches to enhance recruitment for short courses addressing the non-traditional student population. -Develop marketing, communications, and design strategy with a focus on recruitment and client partnerships-Collaborate with program leadership to identify growth targets, develop strategies for building program visibility and interest, and metrics for marketing measurement-Ensure proper delivery of campaigns from inception, creative development, and price negotiation, through reporting and results measurement-Seek industry best practices and present creative ideas to leadership-Evaluate the return on investment of marketing and communications efforts-Review site analytics, including but not limited to path analysis with Google Analytics and AdWords-Collaborate with leadership to develop and maintain solid relationships with client organizations and other stakeholders-Assess business feasibility to determine partnership opportunities that will benefit both the partner and UChicago-Manage the implementation of corporate and government partnership programs with the University to increase enrollment and revenue throughout the life of each newly developed initiative-Provide benchmark data and analysis to qualify, generate, and execute on non-degree opportunities that provide profitable revenue for UChicago
