1.Partner with Marketing and Promotions Specialist to develop and implement a community outreach plan in an effort to generate revenue and increase attendance at home events through its summer camps, fulfillment of group sales, etc. for the LMU Athletics department as it pertains to LMU's 22 varsity sports.
2.Direct all administrative and operational responsibilities for LMU Summer Sports Camps, clinics and academies. Manage and reconcile camp software functions, direct staff and student employment and payroll, and prepare and maintain camp revenue and expense to generate annual budgeted income. Develop annual contract terms with campus departments and manage external marketing and promotion strategies.
3.Develop, implement, and oversee execution of marketing campaigns for sports programs such as Men's and Women's Tennis, Men's and Women's Water Polo, Beach Volleyball, Men's and Women’s Cross Country/Track and Rowing/Crew.
4.Manage community outreach programs and the LMU mascot Iggy with the objective of increasing group ticket sales and group participation at LMU athletics' events.
5.Manage all aspects of Little Lions Club. Continually grow database of contacts for group sales for department partner, Aspire.

Typically a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Sports Management or related field or equivalent experience. Incumbent will be expected to continue upgrading knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to keep abreast of regulation/policy changes.
Minimum 4 years administrative experience, preferably in marketing or sports administration.
