The Assistant Director of Marketing and Communications for Graduate and Transfer Enrollment is responsible for producing, editing, and vetting all marketing and communications collateral to support the recruitment and matriculation of high-achieving graduate and transfer students (including veterans, currently serving military personnel, and military family member students). Under the direction of the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications for Enrollment Management & SU Abroad, the Assistant Director collaborates with partners across the University, particularly in Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate Enrollment, Financial Aid, and the Office of Veteran and Military Affairs in order to develop, implement, and evaluate efficient and effective marketing and communications strategy, plans and collateral. The Assistant Director also: serves as a campus-wide resource as it relates to graduate and transfer marketing and messaging; prepares annual marketing plans for each audience segment, as well as reports designed to continuously measure marketing and communications efforts; analyzes the measurement data and makes recommendations for adjusting tactics in order to optimize resources; and executes other duties as assigned by the Executive Director of Marketing & Communications.
