Supports the Business Plan goals and objectives for retail shopping center by developing, implementing and overseeing specified aspects of the strategic marketing plan with a focus on event programming, consumer engagements and digital/social media unique marketing endeavors. Provides administrative support to facilitate timely and accurate implementation of the objectives of the property marketing division. The position requires an individual who is highly competent in organizing and prioritizing tasks while staying committed to delivering quality work and meeting deadlines.
•Reports directly to the Director of Marketing for Pacific Place, Seattle, WA •Develops and implements concepts for consumer experiences and social programming. •Combines experiences with supportive creative and technical signage and online content. •Assists the Director of Marketing in the development and implementation of the property-specific marketing plan, with emphasis on tenant and community relations, social media promotions and special events. •Assists in the preparation and tracking of the marketing budget. •Attends community, merchant, staff and client meetings when necessary. •Oversee and coordinate center events, event responsibilities include communication and negotiations with event participants, managing contracts, facilitating event implementation and on-site supervision of center events. •Works with the Director of Marketing and property management teams on tenant relations programming. •Manages and schedules the daily posts of the shopping center's Social Media platforms or plans for posting with Social Media consultants. •Updates the shopping center's website with tenant happenings and adding and building to the current database of E-Club followers. •Assists with developing, planning and management of holiday seasonal programming. •Coordinates along with Director of Marketing on the in-center signage and merchant advertising programs and updates of select center collateral. •Collects marketing information and/or prepares a variety of ongoing administrative reports •Classifies, sorts, copies and files marketing's correspondence, records and other documents. •Performs special projects as assigned by the Vice President, Management Services and Director of Marketing. •Answers inquiries concerning activities/operations of the office, the company and the marketing department. •Improves process related to above duties and responsibilities •The above listing represents the general duties considered essential functions of the job and is not to be considered a detailed description of all the work requirements that may be inherent in the position.
