The Sales and Marketing Director develops and implements goals and strategies for the company’s sales and marketing efforts. You will manage the Sales and Marketing team including sales representatives, marketing and support staff.

Duties & Responsibilities
Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Staffing
Primary responsibility for managing the business-development process. This is the process of acquiring new customers or clients through direct sales techniques, cold calling and business-to-business marketing visits.
Managing the individual team members' schedule, territory, performance, time off and quota increases.
Providing training, support, guidance and counseling to department personnel
Communicating and enforcing company policies, procedures, and standards company wide
Coordinating interdepartmental activities and communicating regularly with other Department Managers to maximize SPC’s efficiency, quality and service
Monitoring, analyzing and communicating sales data/feedback and prepare presentations as required for Management
Resolving customer complaints that require your attention
Producing sales reports, reporting process and administrative duties
Developing and maintaining sales and marketing materials in conjunction with marketing group
Attending major trade shows and directing the planning of exhibits as needed. Be available for other business travel.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing or Finance preferred. Master’s Degree a plus but not required.
Significant experience (10 years) as a sales representative with (7 year) minimum in sales management
Parking or related industry experience preferred but not required
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customer Relations Management) or related software
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Very accurate in the performance of job duties; pays attention to details and the ultimate effect on internal and external customers/end users.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively coordinate, communicate, and relate well with others including superiors, colleagues, and individuals, inside and outside the Company
